Wonderful experience! Was treated so well by everyone! Ed Seggelke, was a rock star. He worked well with our budget, gave us several options and never once tried to go over our price. We were very impressed on all the time he took with us, after 6 test drives and 6 cars later, we left in our new car.
What a wonderful car-buying experience!!! After looking locally for several months, I decided to take the plunge into searching the internet to find my dream car. I sent an email to several dealerships requesting info and almost immediately I received a response from Kevin Riggs, my awesome salesman with Jim Xamis Ford!!! He was great to work with, understanding of my apprehension and nervousness to purchase...his patience was very much appreciated. And, to top it off, I walked out the door with a dozen roses AND sweet corn...definitely a WOW factor!!! Thank you Kevin!!!!
We worked with Ellen, Jim, and Eddie and they were all spectacular to work with. We came in looking at the Ford Edge and Jeep Cherokee (the Jeep which they had brought in the same day for us from one of their other family dealerships). They asked us some more information about what our wants and needs were in our new vehicle, and with their industry knowledge and expertise, they also showed us a few other models we hadn't considered. The extra effort they showed us in looking at the other vehicles really helped us feel even better about our final decision on what car we chose! We will definitely be back to do business with Jim's team in the future, as well as utilize their service center for routine maintenance. Highly recommended!

Determined staff, polite staff, dedicated staff, nice selection, and just an all-around great, hardworking business. Got my car quick and easy, only thing that made it slow was State Farm.

Excellent Service Department! My daughter was on her way back to college and broke down South of Lincoln. Ford towed the car to Jim Xamis; by the time I got there it was late in the day, I gave my daughter my car and the Service Manager gave me a loaner. We brought the vehicle back three days later and my daughter's car was fixed! The Service Manager and Scott were more than accommodating! I know I can always count on Jim Xamis Ford Service Department! Thanks again!
First off I would like to thank everyone at this dealership. My daughter was traveling through the area and broke down along the freeway and being from Michigan it was a little far to just go get her in a short time. I called the dealership and asked if they could give me a name of a towing service and they did. They were great and took good care of making sure she got to the dealer safe THANK YOU. When I talked to the service person he said they have the part and can get it fixed before they closed and they did - again THANK YOU ( Dave Robinson ) you guys just made a father very happy and now she can keep going on her trip. My wife and I thank you and all involved in making this as stress free as you could.
